- Hotel reserves the right to amend all rates
with 30 days prior notice.

Room Guarantee Policy –
For a booking of 1-3 rooms, 20% of total payment guarantee
is required.
For a group of 4 rooms or more, a non-refundable deposit
of 50 % of total amount is required.
Cancellation Policy (For Online Reservation) - For a booking
of 1-3 rooms, 72 hours notice of cancellation is required
otherwise first night will be charged.
No refund for group cancellation. If you fail to cancel your
reservation, and/ or do not check-in to a confirmed hotel,
you will be charged entire stay plus Bank Fee 5% will be
levied by Railay Bay Resort & Spa.
Hotel requires a credit card guarantee by Visa, and Master card to confirm your
reservation.
